Adovex LLC sends text messages in two situations. This page covers both.
Texts from Adovex
What the program is. When you ask us something through adovex.com, book a walkthrough or call our line, we can text you a one-tap confirmation of your request and follow up by text about Adovex's advertising services for law firms. We only text people who opted in. We don't buy, rent or import phone lists, and we don't send marketing texts to anyone who hasn't asked us something first.
How to opt in. Check the text-message box on our contact form and submit your number, or agree to a confirmation text when you speak with us by phone. Consent isn't a condition of buying anything from us. Our first text confirms your request and tells you how to get help and how to stop.
How often. Message frequency varies: typically one confirmation plus any follow-up directly related to your request.
Costs. Adovex doesn't charge for texts. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Help. Reply HELP to any text, email support@adovex.com, or call +1 (702) 899-7262.
How to stop. Reply STOP (or REVOKE, OPT OUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) at any time, or tell us in any other reasonable way, such as “please stop texting me.” We'll confirm once and won't text you again unless you text START.
Privacy. We use your number only to text you about your request. We never sell or share mobile numbers, or text-messaging opt-in data and consent, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our phone provider, Telnyx, handles messages only to deliver them. More in our Privacy Policy.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Texts sent in a law firm's name
Adovex's TapVerify and ScreenCall send texts on behalf of the law firms we work for, from the firm's own number: a one-tap confirmation after you submit the firm's form or call its ad number, and a courtesy text after a ScreenCall call. Those texts are the firm's program under its own terms. Reply STOP to any of them to stop texts from that firm, and reply HELP or contact the firm with questions. We never use those numbers for Adovex's own marketing.
